Built Well Fence With over 30 yrs in the fencing industry we are now Serving All of Spartanburg County & Some areas of Greenville County, SC Present owner of Built Well Fence, Nick Halvis was the owner of another major fence co for over 30 years. I made it my personal policy and obligation to always inspect all of our completed work before a customer's final inspection. In the company's early years, I installed fence, estimated jobs as well as overseeing all of our job sites and most office operations.
