R.O.W. Maintenance was originally created by Linemen/Field Management for Electrical Contractors that needed a full service support contractor that specialized in the utility industry. Safe, reliable and environmentally sensitive contractors were in short supply and R.O.W. Maintenance has steadily grown since 2017 to be the preferred contractor. Services include installation of BMP's (Silt Fence, Staked and Floating Turbidity, etc.), clearing, grubbing and grading, maintenance of traffic crews (lane closures, flagging, MOT Signage), carting off spoils, carting off old poles, general clean-up and restoration activities including, sodding, wrecking out concrete, framing up new sidewalk and pouring/finishing concrete sidewalk.
